Early access

ChainFlow is in active early access. This page describes, in plain language, what we collect and why. It will be replaced by a full Privacy Policy before general availability, and we’ll give notice of material changes.

What we collect

To run your account we store the details you give us — your name, email, and the projects, plans, and wallets you create. We also process the on-chain transactions and webhook events needed to detect, confirm, and sweep payments on your behalf.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the service: authenticating you, running your subscriptions and payouts, sending the webhooks you subscribe to, and keeping the platform secure. We don’t sell your data.

How it’s protected

API keys are hashed at rest and shown only once. Wallet mnemonics are encrypted at rest, and every project runs in its own isolated keyset. See the security overview for the full picture.

On-chain data

Payments happen on public blockchains. Transaction data recorded on-chain is, by design, public and permanent — that’s outside anyone’s control, including ours.

Your choices

You can update your account details from the dashboard, and you can ask us to close your account. Want to know exactly what we hold about you? Reach out and we’ll walk you through it.
