Terms of Service
Early access
ChainFlow is in active early access. These terms describe, in plain language, how we intend the service to work today. They will be replaced by a full Terms of Service before general availability, and we’ll give notice of material changes.
Using ChainFlow
You may use ChainFlow to accept crypto payments, run subscriptions, and manage wallets through our API and dashboard. You’re responsible for keeping your API keys secret, for the activity that happens under your account, and for complying with the laws that apply to you and your customers.
Payments and funds
Payments sweep to a master wallet you control; subscription balances that ChainFlow custodies are held only to run the schedules you configure. We charge the per-payment fee shown at sign-up and never take custody of funds beyond what a feature explicitly requires.
Acceptable use
Don’t use ChainFlow for unlawful activity, to abuse the network, or to attempt to circumvent security or isolation between projects. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk.
No warranty during early access
The service is provided “as is” while in early access. On-chain systems carry inherent risk; you’re responsible for testing in test mode before going live.
Questions
Have a question about these terms, or need something in writing for your own compliance? Reach out and we’ll help — see the security overview or the documentation for more detail on how the platform works.
